Jeff will lead your team through a thorough assessment of each function in the S2 Dynamic Leadership Process. The deliverable includes a summary of the findings and recommended next steps in the vital priority of working ON your business/ organization.

Jeff will work with you, the entrepreneur, to devise an action plan to bring your vision into reality. He is also available to come along side as an executive coach walking with you in each stage of implementation.

All other engagements are done on retainer based on a guaranteed hourly rate and commitment of time. Jeff is available for travel and requires all related costs of travel be covered by the client.
